Destrovix S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71789456-3, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through destrovix.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling out forms (name and email address), as well as technical data associated with your visit: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, language and pages visited.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to send you the newsletter, provide educational information, improve the site and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is your express consent, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your subscription is active or until you request its deletion. Technical data is kept for a maximum of 24 months.

5. Recipients and transfers

We do not sell your data. We may share it with providers that assist us in email delivery and traffic analysis, under strict confidentiality agreements and in accordance with Argentine regulations.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data at any time by writing to contacto@destrovix.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes to the site. Any modification will be published on this page with the update date.
